Features of Universal Fine Carving Machine X6M

Mechanical structure: the crossbeam and the column adopt an integral casting structure, and the lathe bed adopts the integral cast iron design with floor ribs, which has strong vibration resistance.

Motion module: the bearing end adopts high precision linear module to improve the assembly precision, and cooperates with imported grinding screw rod and guide rail to keep high precision and smoothness when the machine tool runs at high speed.

CNC system: Delta control system adopts the bus control scheme, which greatly improves the response speed and resolution of the equipment. The arc position processing is more uniform. The absolute value encoder makes the machine leave the era of returning to zero and realizes zero error of repeated positioning accuracy of the machine.
